Delivery Information and Policy

Local delivery service to Edmonton areas is offered at rate of $15.00 and up, St. Albert and Sherwood Park areas at $18.00 and up.

Arts and Florist is located opposite to Royal Alexandra Hospital, and about ten minutes drive from Norwood Capital Care, Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital, Edmonton General Hospital and University Hospital (Please note that deliveries to ICU's are not permitted, but once patient is moved out from ICU and is allowed to have flowers, we will deliver them immediately). We are also in the neighbourhood of Park Memorial Funeral Hms., Connelly McKinley Ltd., Central Memorial Chapel, and Howard & McBride Funeral Hms.

We can also place your order of international deliveries through our FTD and Teleflora network.

Please note that if recipient is unavailable at time of delivery we will make any arrangements necessary. If safe to do so, we will leave them at the delivery address, at a neighbour or leaving a notice asking the person to phone us to arrange a convenient time for delivery. We may phone ahead to schedule deliveries to offices.
